Our Community Outing & Companion Services Include:
* Scenic Drives & "Window Tours": Perfect for individuals and seniors with limited physical mobility who love getting out of the house. Enjoy relaxing, safe drives through scenic Northeast Indiana countryside, historic neighborhoods, and lakes—complete with good music and pleasant conversation.
Customized Day Trips & Gentle Outings: Purposeful, low-stress excursions to local parks, quiet coffee shops, nature spots, farmers markets, or favorite hometown locations. Outings are tailored around physical comfort levels, sensory preferences, and personal interests.
Community Socialization & Connection: Accompanied visits to local community centers, libraries, churches, or familiar spots. We help adults on Medicaid waivers (FSW/CIH) or residents transitioning from nursing homes and care facilities stay connected, engaged, and actively involved with society.
Personal Companion Care & Supported Transportation: Far more than a ride, we provide patient, one-on-one companion care. We assist with transitions, open doors, walk at your pace, and provide consistent, respectful support every step of the way.
Payment & Waiver Information:
Currently offering direct private-pay companion care and life-skills assistance, with Indiana Medicaid Waiver provider enrollment (FSW & CIH) actively in progress.
